WebLoad Open Source fading into the distance?
I haven't played with WebLoad Open Source for several months. I'm looking at it again now, and I see some troubling things. Didn't there use to be a forum on webload.org? Now webload.org is not much more than a link to SourceForge, which has two forums no one is using.
And there have been no releases since 2007. I think I shouldn't be recommending that anyone use it.
Re: WebLoad Open Source fading into the distance?
I haven't hears a peep from Radview since the initial open source launch. I have a feeling the community wasn't receptive at all.
This is mostly Radview's fault considering the crippled manner in which they released it. there are essential features (distributed load testing) that are *not* included in the Open Source version, and the source code to add it is proprietary.
I don't really consider it an Open Source project anyways.
