I've been asked to assist in the auditing of my department for ISO9001 compliance.

I've got a 2 day training course planned at the end of January, but I would be interested to know if there are any recommended background reading or experience that I should be looking to acquire before the course starts.

I've got over 6 years experience in software testing / QA roles, and I'm ISEB Practitioner Certificate qualified, and I also covered some of an older version of ISO 9000 as part of my undergraduate course (I graduated over 10 years ago so this is more than a little out of date and rusty).

I know some background info from my experiences, but any other suggested reading / research would be welcomed.

Many Thanks,
