1."Eyes light up for optimal underwater vision" - WHOSE vision?
2. "Can dive up to 8 feet in water" Ah, but how far can it dive when it ISN'T in water? <grin> How does the operator know when the 8-foot limit is getting near? And, by the way, what happens to the radio signal 8 feet down? And if it can't "hear" the transmitter, won't it gleefully go on diving?
3. "Water resistant design" DUH!
4. "Command your hammerhead from above or below the water with radio control precision." Really? (see 1 above - do radio waves even propagate in water?)
[sorry - just being a tester - questioning the specs].

"Safety warning: This product contains small parts that may present a choking hazard for young children."
Alright, how would you test whether this advice is or is not redundant?

To heck with the young children. They shouldn't be in 8 ft. of water anyway, what about the green sea turtles and the larger carnivores in the water? I don't believe they will be able to digest it very well and it could even kill them. I know, install a small chunk of C-4 in it in case it is eaten it will self-destruct.
