In an interview they asked me, Whether I know about ETL tool?
What does ETL mean? Where do we use it?
If anyone answers to my question, I really appreciate.
The first thing you should do when an abbreviation is used that you do not know is ask about it to the person that uses the abbreviation.
ETL - to me - means Extract, Translate and Load, and is normally associated with Data Warehouse development and maintenance.

Lynne thanks for the reply...
The client asked me while we were talking about Backend testing. Is ETL anyway related to backend testing? How do we use it? Is it necessary to know about this tool as a QA tester/ Backend tester?
I really tried to search, but I can't find the answer.
The problem here is I do not know your client or what he was talking about, any answer I give may be correct for my experience but not for yours.
I did a search on Google for +ETL and +tool abed got over a million results.
The best way you can get the correct answer is to go back to the client with some questions.
Thanks for your reply..I really appreciate your work..
