Aww man! Actually, that shows one of the flaws in their survey method. Sociologists would rip them for not using objective measures such as alcohol purchases in place of a resident survey. New Orleans and Miami have alot of heavy drinkers, but since the survey was done on "residents", the locals brought the true curve down.
