That one's pretty sad, Lynne. And I see he went back and edited it, too. But my biggest rant (as all of you are aware) is that he is YET ANOTHER character who doesn't know how to do his job, and want us to bail him out.

Good shout Smacl, I'm having the same problem with some Offshore resources. I can understand very little of the questions they ask..... "It's not their fault they don't speak English too well" someone quoted to me, I replied "it is when they tender for work in an English speaking environment"
