In a corporate world using mac's can be expensive both for hardware and any software that needs to be written (and supported) for a Mac OS.
Buying an expensive piece of hardware to run a VM version of windows which runs fine on a low end cheap PC just doesn't make $$$ sense unless there is a real reason for requiring both OS's. I have worked on a project where that actually was a solution as the customer was worshipping the apple logo (they eventually ditched their macs). If such a reason exists you would need to look at your enterprise model.
I always defer to the motto "Every OS Sucks" for such comparisons there are good and bad points about every OS.
