Well I think we probably all knew it, but it's funny to hear it, anyway.

I don't REALLY know why this isn't legal yet. I think it's more an issue of policing, taxing, etc. How can the government make money off it. I am not surprised with it at all, though. I mean it's been proven to be an effective pain management tool, so I'm surprised that more elderly haven't started.
Not quite so sure that cannabis is as harmless as many would believe. In a recent study in the UK a panel of experts were asked to statistically rank recreational drugs, legal and illegal, in terms of probable harm they would do to you. Still safer than many prescription painkillers, booze and tobacco, but more dangerous than LSD or Ecstasy.
