Lol, yeah I actually did for about 3 months. I managed to drop 30 lbs in the first 3 months of 2008. Then I started slacking off and had put back on 10 lbs by the beginning of December 2008, which wasn't too bad, but then packed on another 10 lbs over the holidays.
Still -10lbs overall, but I'm setting a goal to drop another 30 this year, quit smoking, and get back to my workout schedule.
I have buy-in from my wife for the same resolutions for her, so I'm hoping we're going to be able to maintain it a little easier this time.
