Cheese - me too - anything of, with, resembling or tasting like --- cheese! The stronger flavor the better. Ancient Stilton fits the bill (my kids were horrified that I still had some in the fridge 9 months after bringing it back - probably illegally - from the UK).
Pundit scientists would probably say I (we) have some sort of sodium deficiency. I think it's an honet-to-goodness craving.

See? It's CHEESE again! (Though I freely admit that a jar of good salsa and a bag of dippin' chips can cause me to make an utter gastronomic fool of myself. I even try to hide the rustle of the chip bag from my wife, even more than I hide the clink of ice in a glass <grin>.
