Disposable printers... that's what most home printers have become from what I've seen. I have (and know a few others that have) thrown away a printer because the new ink costs more than the printer itself, much less a new printer that's faster and better. I know that the "ink" is how the printer companies like to make money, but come on! I guess they're really raking it in when we just buy a whole new printer... no wait, that's not right because it's the ink cartridges that are so cheap to produce, not the printers. Wow, I guess they're screwing themselves eh?

I got myself an ink cartage refill kit. I put in a whole lot more black ink than comes in the new factory version. It works just fine too. (IF I remember to take off the tape I put on the vent hole to keep it from drying out while in the desk drawer)
It really ticked off the cat when it's time for her refill. :-0
She doesn't like the tape on her vent hole either.
I've got the link at home. I'll post when I get it.
