OK, I could have sworn I had seen threads that discussed job descriptions for QA Managers, but perhaps my searching skills aren't up to par this morning.
I'm having to update my job description as it is annual review time and the last job description I have is from when I was over the BA and the QA team. As the CIO is moving to XP there are no BAs left, so I'm having to remove all of those responsibilities and put in appropriate responsibilities (ah the fun of updating ones own job description :-)
Is anyone will to share the QA Manager job description from their company?
Also, before anyone tells me to google, go to career websites... I'm doing that as well. I just figured the well versed folks here may have some valuable input as well.
I could see what we have here, but most of the ones I have held in the past were always geared towards leading a group and developing process and procedures as well as facilitating communication. And providing free pretzels.
