Some of the QA Dept was standing around chatting, while enjoying our morning coffee, when one of our Dev Managers came up.
Dev Manager: You know what they call a group of crows?
Me: A murder of crows, thank you Agatha Christie
DM: What do you call a group of QA Engineers?
Me: (Thinking a few seconds...) a Smoke
DM: A Smoke of QA Engineers? That like a Hack of Developers?
Me: Could be...
We devolved into a short discussion on what would be a good term...and we haven't come up with a good one yet, no matter how circular we get.
For your approval:
a smoke of QA Engineers (or Testers)
a hack of Developers
I'm sure there is much more out there.
