I walked into work (from home) today, as I did all last week and intend to make a habit of for the forseeable future. Wool over-coat, scarf, gloves and cap... I walk into the office building, ears a litle chilly, ice forming on the beard and persperation between the shoulder blades - Smart aleck guy makes some comment on "Cold, isn't it?" I say "only in places" and head up the stairs.
Can't wait for it to get really wintery here. That will fix their wagon!
Yeah, some of the people I work with are stunned that I regularly walk to/from work. And, given Jake's description of this morning's fine weather, they might be right. But when all is said and done, it's just a matter of dressing appropriately for the weather.
That having been said, I still haven't gotten back to the point where I'm willing to run in this weather. Eventually....
