How to react to a silent client ?
What would you do (or not do) in the following case:
You are on a monthly retainer for a a few months, your client likes what you're doing, and last project have been of a great success.
However, last month is extremely silent, the prodcut manager you should work against is busy in another project, the developers are off, and you get almost no response to your email (usually they would respond on the same day), which puts you quite in the dark...
Would be great to hear your opinion/s.
