We have a program that will send reports it creates to the printer. I need to have these as PDFs so I changed my default printer to "Adobe PDF" (or whatever it is exactly; the driver is installed with Acrobat Pro I believe). Now when I send them to the printer, they are saved as PDFs, BUT I have to enter a filename for each one that's sent (or just click enter for the default name). Does anyone know a way to have it just save all these PDFs with the default name so the user doesn't have to click enter or anything? Or any ideas for other ways to do this? Maybe send to some printer format file and then convert?
