I'm getting annoyed with my supervisor. well, I got a 2 year work experience creating test cases, analyzing the flow and functionality of a software. yet look at him, whenever I submit test cases, he always has comments comments and comments and ends to revision of my work where in he doesn't even have a QA experience in his entire life...what can you say about that? let the flame and comments begin
yeah you have some point about the money matter, but what if the problem is the client is not right in his/her comments ?.. i experience this worst situation with a former boss in web programming before. haha, he doesn't have a stable mind and does changes every 30 minutes and that sucks..
Tink has some very good points. At my last position there were 3 of us managers who reported to a director. The director was an English major and was never pleased with our reports or evaluations of our people. He always had to change things to his way of thinking. I did this for 9 years. We would joke about it and discuss it among ourselves but that was just his way. Many times we would take a report back to our office and work on other things for a while, then return it to him unchanged and he would be happy. Do whatever it takes, within reason, to please your boss or find a new one. That's the ticket.
Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of enthusiasm.
