    Response Time difference

I am doing load testing of web application, which has login facility. I am doing my testing on login functionality only. When I fired 100 users using loadrunner, it gives me 5-sec avg response time. response time. I tried to login manually when my loadrunner script is executing (means 100 simultaneous users are doing login) I am able to login within few milliseconds. So why does loadrunner gives 5 sec response time. Does it it take some overheads?

Or maybe you are logging in as a user with an active session, or you have something cached on your machine that makes your login faster.

Impossible to tell without a ton more info.
