The strategy document (as I write it) is kind of the "test plan +". This document goes through an initial phase that ends in client sign off, then is updated with how the test actually goes so that someone can repeat what you have done later if need be.
The Results doc is more like a Summary results doc. What the initial performance was, what the performance is now, highlights of how we got there.
In the middle I usually end up doing TONS of informal docs, memos, incremental findings, requests for support, additional test descriptions, risks, etc.
I have templates of my docs, but they are too big to attach (even zipped). If you are interested you'll have to mail me directly.
I'm sure others have different approaches, and even mine varies greatly from one client to the next, but I find that having one that I like is easier to modify to meet the client's needs than starting fresh each time.
