Run Scripts at night
I run my scripts with CruiseControl program and don't satisfy with it, tell about your solutions
In some cases, the automation tool you are using may have an API. I recall that QTP had such an API, and it was possible to put together a VB front-end application that could kick off your tests.
The worst form of failure is the failure to try.
Automation object model of QTP can be used to run the scripts at scheduled time. you can refer this page for more details.

SmarteTime is a network-aware test scheduling tool that can be used to schedule and run your test at night, and report on the results.
Although normally used with SmarteSoft tools (typically SmarteScript or SmarteLoad), it may be used for schedule and run any third party tools.
SmarteTime is not expensive, but it is not free, so if you are looking for a free tool this is not for you.
Disclaimer: I work for test automation tool vendor SmarteSoft ( www.smartesoft.com ) and while I try not to let that influence statements here my views may be biased
