What you are talking about is performance profiling. While I use AQtime for this and really like it, a google search finds many other C++ profiling options, including a number of free open source options. I've also used CompuWare TrueTime for this but have come to prefer AQtime over the years, as it doesn't require an instrumented build.
Bullseye appears to be code coverage only, not performance profiling, and IMHO is a bit expensive for what it is.
