    Performance Testing Remedy Application

    Hi all,

I've been asked to come up with recommendations for Performance testing Remedy v5.1.1 (not browser enabled version).

We have no test tools at present, though incidentally I'm about to issue an ITT to various vendors.

Does anyone have any experience of Performance testing this (or any other) version of Remedy? Any do's / don'ts, lessons learned, war stories etc?

It's a bit of a political hot potato here at the moment, so any information will be gratefully received.

    Thanks,

    Nick

    Re: Performance Testing Remedy Application

Dude, you missed to mention the core input while asking. Do you represent Remedy team ? If yes then try simulating multi-user scenario for which you may take special builds to cater performance testing requirement. If you are not in Remedy team then you are asking right question at wrong location. Ask the Remedy support personnel, they will provide relevant answer. Once you can put some more details about constraints, architecture etc. then only some tips you can expect from bulletin board responses.
