    multipart/form-data

Right now, I'm in the middle of testing an application that uploads microsoft word documents. I'd like to load test the application; however we need a program that can handle the mulitpart/form-data. Does anyone know which load test tools can handle the application? We've been using OpenSTA to do our load testing; however OpenSTA doesn't work with the form-data. Thanks for any information in advance.

    Hi Candice,

Did you ever find the answer to this question? I am going through the same thing right now.

    Thanks.

LR does have a web_submit_form(). I surmise all commercial tools (LR, Performer, Robot) have this support.

    Re: multipart/form-data

Unfortunately those tools are extremely expensive for what I'm trying to accomplish. It must have something to do with the way OpenSTA records the POST, so I have been digging through the syntax trying to find errors. I recorded a working Robot script for the same function and it looks pretty much the same so I have no ideas right now, but still looking for advice.
