    running perfmon from command line

    Hi all,
    Is there a way to launch perfmon and have it automaticlly start up with a perdefined counter log?

    An alternative is Logman, which can be used to create a prfmon counter log, and then stop and start it.

    @rstens: I hadn't come across typeperf before. Seems to implement same functions as logman, but without creating a permanent counter log. Any advantages to using one or other?
