This is probably impossible but I decided to throw it here anyway. Is there a way to slow the CPU clock speed (throttle, not loading) of a virtual machine? We use Microsoft Virtual Server and would like to have a specific clock speed on the virtual server but without affecting the host machine. An example for a scenario would be to have several virtual servers on one host where each one of them would have different CPU clock speed.

Thanks, Ofer

Edited: I just thought of adding this: we know how to slow the CPU of the host machine. We donít know how to slow the CPU of a virtual server without affecting the CPU speed of the host machine.
