I don t know which tool/APP I can use to test our mobile websites.
Any tool that uses HTTP as a transport. There are dozens of options from open source to commercial and almost every last one of them employs a proxy model for recording the conversation generated by your mobile device to allow the conversation of your mobile device to be represented as a virtual user without requiring 10,000 phones for a 10,000 user test.
From my experience testing mobile apps and webpages it is very hard to test the client side performance due to so many variables like, phone, os, number of apps open, network connection to name a few. Focusing on the server infrastructure will help you ensure that the infrastructure can handle the request from the mobile device and respone timely.
You can use a tool like SOAP UI to simulate the calls between the phone and the app. You just have to determine how you capture that traffic from the phone to the server.
Since mobile app development is changing so much you really need to understand the technology that is being used to develop the app before you can determine what you need from a tool.
