i need to find some tool/way to "scan" a lot of virtual machines
in my company i have a few server when actually need some way to create for each virtual PC a multiple NIC,when i scan a virtual PC,to have a way to scan actually many times the same machine but with many IP's in this one
i hope this is the right place to ask this question
Set your filter for the MAC adress of the machine you are interested in.
Scan for traffic going into and out of that MAC address.
Export the trace as a CSV file
Use your choice of query method to query for the unique IP addresses bound to that MAC (or series of MAC) address(es) on the host in question.
If you don't weant to set the filtering, then have your switch admin mirror the port that the host in question is connected to over to the monitoring port on the switch and then connect your protocol analyzer to that port. You may still want to filter for the particular MAC address to avoid receiving broadcast messages, but that is up to you.
