If you're asking this question, then you're probably the wrong person to be evaluating tools. I suggest consulting with your staff performance engineer/tester. If you do not have one available, then I guess you're stuck with purchasing a tool from the sales person that gives you the "best selling" demo. Also, find a good place on the shelf for the tool that your company purchases.
