Can You Recommend a Performance Tuning Book?

I have a couple good Unix tuning and Performance books that have helped significantly when it comes to performance testing.

I'm looking for something similar for Windows Servers (Win2000 and WinNT).

What I most appreciate about the Unix books is that they include descriptions of the performance monitor metrics (like swapping, etc.). Any help is much appreciated.

Most of that info can be found quite easily on Microsofts site.

Check out this page on my site, where I have some links listed with regards to MS info.

A search on performance counters on the MS website will also yield quite a bit of information.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip. I ended up purchasing a book called 'Tuning and Sizing Windows 2000 for Maximum Performance'. The book has a couple chapters on standard metrics to collect during performance testing, and identifies the top (10?) typical bottlenecks.
