When will JavaStar support Swing-1.1beta3 or JDK1.2
Has anyone heard when JavaStar will support the newer Swing stuff? I'm running JavaStar1.1.6, which works fine with JDK1.1.7, but is beginning to have problems with our Swing-1.1beta3 code. It mostly runs properly, but the non-component locator (NCL) can't see anything anymore. Maybe a new NCL would do the trick?
Re: When will JavaStar support Swing-1.1beta3 or JDK1.2
I am currently in the process of evaluating, and probably buying, JavaStar. Since we use Java Beans and swing components, I did ask Sun what the word was. The answer I received that as soon as Swing is incorporated into the next JDK, Suntest will begin to support it, with about a four month delay. For JClass' Beans, I think it will continue to be a non-component. Sigh.
