Sorry, but I have not used QA Wizard and so I can't make a comparison.
Are there any particular questions you have regarding eTest that I could help you with? I think that eTest is a good tool for projects that are reasonably stable. If there are lots of design changes etc going on then you may find that some VBA scripting will be required to keep it working.

The simplest answer to all of those questions, since each case is often so different, is to contact either Empirix support directly, or the resller who sold it to you. Those sort of set-up issues should definitely be included in your arrangement with the reseller.
