How to check for images in a WebImage

    Hi,
I have a "Reset" button in my website, I want to validate that this button should be present whenever the script is executed. I have tried using DOM addressing, but failed to do so as this button is displayed as image(.gif format) in the HTML tree.
Please tell me how to validate the images in an application using OpenSta

    Thanks
    Namit

You can't validate the content of the button, but you can check to see if the .gif file that represents the button is present in the output of the primary get. Use load response_info body on X into variableName and search the variable for <filenameofbutton>.gif

As expected your suggestion worked Bernie :-)

I was able to validate the button present by using the file name for the button (.gif)

Heres the code for everyones reference that I used for validating the reset button present as an image in webpage

    LOAD RESPONSE_INFO BODY ON 1 &
    INTO resetbutton &
    ,WITH "HTML(0)/HTML(2)/BODY(1)/DIV(13)/HTML(2)/BODY(1)/DIV(2)/DIV(2)/DIV(0)/FORM(4)/DIV(0)/DIV(2)" &
    "/DIV(7)/INPUT(0):ATTRIBUTE:src(1)"

    set int=~locate("CAR_resetButton.gif",resetbutton)

    if (int<0) then
log "reset reset button not present"
    exit
    else
    log "reset button is present"
    end if

    Thanks Bernie,
