problem: openSTA vs. jboss cluster
I'm trying to use openSTA to performance test a JSP web app. We have two jboss nodes running on the same machine, and we are using apache and mod-jk as a load balancer.
this server config seems to work fine when accessed with internet explorer. if openSTA is directly pointed at either of the jboss nodes everything is fine.
if openSTA is pointed at the apache port(what we want to test), it receives the initial JSESSIONID cookie successfully - and the contents of this cookie show that mod-jk is directing sessions to alternate nodes as it should. The problem is that all subsequent requests fail - "No data available for connection id(1)".
I expect this is actually due to apache not being configured properly, but i'm posting here as the problem only manifests when using openSTA... any ideas?
Re: problem: openSTA vs. jboss cluster
I too face the same problem
My question is that,Is openSTA generating cookies for each and every page?
