Links and DOM addressing
I'm looking at a dynamically generated HTML page. It appears that using DOM addressing, it would be pretty strict about where to find different elements to examine.
Is there a more generic way to access links, perhaps by giving it an index number or the inner text to reference?
We have a "letter picker" which allows us to view results based on a person's last name. Picking a letter only displays the users whose last name begins with that letter. The "letter picker" will move based on the type of results being displayed, so using the raw DOM addressing does not work well for us.
I would love to be able to say click on a link with text of "M".
