    Re: Compiling error

    Hi,

You are not saving your script, You have to first save the script and you will also see the cross sign in the script modeler goes away. After that you would add a script to a commnder and would be able to run it.

    Thanks

    Re: Compiling error

That's not because of Saving Scripts or not
I think this is related to a Vista / 2008 issue.

When you have a look at the source code at the file
"scl_wrt_routines" you can find 3 fopen() calls to write the TOF file.
The code uses the parameter "WB" or "WP" which seems not to be supported by vista.
I wanted to change it to simply "w" but i'm unable to get all the tools and scripts needed to compile a new version.
so if someone can change it and recompile the opensta version and offering a download it will run on vista and 2008.

    Cheers
    Chatty

    Re: Compiling error

    Hi Chatty ,

I face the same problem. Is there any version of OpenSTA which has this problem sorted out?

If not, kindly suggest me other tools with which I can do the performance testing for My Web Application.

    Thank you,

    Sujai.

You could always run a VM on your PC (or in the amazon cloud as I do). Have the VM run win 2003 or XP pro.
