All Virtual users Not completing Process.
I run the application with 200 Virtual users, it displayed error 64 , error 258, timeout for generated socket,No data available for connection id errors,i increased the Timeout in OpenSTA 1200000(20min), it displays only error 64 and No data available for connection id, ERROR 100060.
After that i run the application with 200 Vu, they are all not completing the process , after completing some 60% to 70% Vu, Graph will be going on Straight, not comming down , so it means remaining users are not completing the process.
What is the problem , help me regarding this , is there any problem with increased timeout ?????
if i m not increasing timeout , i will get lots of 258 errors and timeout generated socket errors.
Re: All Virtual users Not completing Process.
http://portal.opensta.org/modules.php?op...&file=index describes error 10060 in detail.
If a request times out, then you can not LOAD RESPONSE on that connection. IF you do, you will get he "no data available" error message.
One of two things is happening;
1) Your application is failing or running so slow due to load that requests are timing out. If this is true, then your load has exceeded the capacity of the system.
2) In rare cases, when keep alive timers are used, a request that completes (and returns data) will cause a no data available error. The only time I have seen this is when I record a script and then replace think times with LONGER wait statements. If you suspect this, find the last successful request on the same connection id and remove the keep-alive timer clause from the get/post statement and see if it helps.
