i need some help
How to test(procedure) the .net application?
If we r testing the .net app(API testing), can we really know the code?
If you are testing an API then I suggest that you design tests from a black box test design approach and design a set of tests that pass the appropriate arguments to the method parameters and evaluate the expected return value.
You might want to include instrumenting the code for coverage analysis and or path analysis. If your tool reports untested or undertested paths, then you can easily use reflection to look at the implementation to strengthen your set of API tests.
Although really targeted towards dev unit testing, I would also recommend that you take a look at PEX and Moles http://research.microsoft.com/en-us/projects/pex/
