I upgraded from TP 5.3 to 5.4 today, and now when I run a set of our scripts, it gives me the error "Object module needs to implement 'RowCount' for interface 'THTMLTable'"
I don't know what this class module is for, but the previous Automation engineer copied it from Compuware. At the top:
' FILE: Class Module THTMLTableEx
' DATE: Feb 2002
It's stopping on this line:
What does this mean?
TestPartner 6.1.0 Build 242
SQL Server 2005
IE 6.0 / 7.0
I'd call compuware tech support and ask them.
Why did you only upgrade to 5.4? That is not the current release.
There are a number of issues with that release that were addressed by 5.6 and the subsequent service pack - most notibly support for IE7.
We only have the CDs for 5.4 right now. I just emailed them last friday to see about getting 5.6 and the service pack for it. Is there a v5.5?
I'll give their tech support a call when I'm done upgrading if there's still a problem...
no 5.5 that I am aware of.
I've upgraded to 5.6 w/ the Service Pack!
It ends up that 5.6 has a HTMLTable object built in w/ all the functionality of THTMLTableEx, so I changed the code to use the new object and it works!
