When I worked with TestPartner I found the Compuware help desk to be excellent and usually had questions answered with a short amount of time - the longest I can remember was 2 days but it was low priority and we were playing at phone tag. I also liked the fact that they are 24/7.

What have you found is the turnaround time with issues with Compuware's helpdesk and/or here at this site.

What good books would you recommend to aid in the learning of Compuware's products.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">As VBA, which is TestPartner's scripting language, can use all the components available for Windows, you can easily use them. I have found the Microsoft XML very useful, especially its DOM objects for data driven tests (reading data from XML files) and reporting (to XML or HTML files). For this, get any good book on XML.
