Hi, our client application waits for a crystal report to be displayed on screen by fetching the same from the server.
Based on server response,N/T status & report type, the crystal report may appear any time between 1 to 25 minutes in Worst case
When crystal report is finally displayed after I finish my lunch, there is no change in the UI, but I want to logically wait till the report appears without using bitmap check.
Report is identified as GUIObject, but using GUIObject("ObjName", tpAttachNoWait).Exists is not working
There's always one more bug.
You just defined exactly what a Bitmap WAIT Event does. In TP see the Insert~Event~Bitmap.
In TP help see topic "What are Events?" to explain how to use it.
Alias, some have Bitmap event is not triggering the event at the right time. Is there a way of finding the Busy status of an application window ? like we wait for IE window using its property [while (InternetExplorer.Busy=False)]
When you are looking at IE.Busy you are using the Internet Controls library.... see if there is a library for the Crystal Reports app that gives you the same.
