Selecting the good item in a TreeView

I have a TreeView like this:
    </font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">code:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: monospace;">trunk
    branch1
    leaf
    branch2
    leaf
    ...
</pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica">I want to click on the leaf under branch2. The only way to select an item of a TreeView I ever succeeded to use is TextSelect:
    ViewTree("MyTreeView").TextSelect "leaf", tpMouseSingleClick
The problem is that with this method the first occurrence of the string is selected (in the example above, the leaf under branch1).
How can I select the leaf under branch2?

Re: Selecting the good item in a TreeView

Is this a DotNETTreeView? The reason I ask is because I had to write a custome function to get this to work correctly. If this is a DotNETTreeView then I will post the code to do this.
    Thanks,

No. It is plain TreeView, recognized by TestPartner as TreeView. The application is written with SmallTalk.

Re: Selecting the good item in a TreeView

If the object is seen as a TreeView, why is the standard way of navigating a treeview not working?

    TreeView("name=myTreeview").Select "trunk/branch1/leaf1"

Re: Selecting the good item in a TreeView

Actually, it is SelectItem that works:

    TreeView("name=myTreeview").SelectItem "\trunk\branch1\leaf1"

The Select method only points to the middle of the widget.

    Thank you, Alias!
