Sounds like your power failure was more like a power spike. I would repair the TestPartner installation through the Control Panel. Select Control Panel>>Add/Remove Programs. Find TestPartner. Click the Change button. Follow the prompts.
If that doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall TestPartner. You may also want to call MF support and see if they have a solution.
