Handling browser response time
How do you handle browser response time with your scripts?
I've developed some scripts that we run against one of our production Web apps to ensure that the app is up and running and if something in the script fails, an email is sent to ops and the script is killed [via object event handlers]. We have been seeing the script is failing and I believe it could be due to browser response time. I've updated the Browser Synch Timout value in the Playback Option settings.
Anyone have any other ideas?
Re: Handling browser response time
If you are getting an Attach timeout then you want to up the playback setting AttachTimeout from the default of 10 to something more appropriate for your application.
