    GUIObject

    Hello.
I'm trying to access a uniface guiobject.
When I identify it with testpartner, I get:
    GUIObject("ClassName=UniLabel Caption='' Index=4")

I can do the following with it:
    Dim curGUIObject As TGUIObject
    Set curGUIObject = GUIObject("ClassName=UniLabel Caption='' Index=4")

    and no errors occur.
But, I can't get the text.
curGUIObject.Text is just an empty string.
However, in the program (a uniface gui program), the text displayed is "01 BLACK".
I have a whole table of these GUIObjects that I need to iterate through in order to find the correct ones. There's over 100 hundred of them.
And, oddly, when I try to use:
curGUIObject.Name , I get an error saying "object doesn't support this property or method'.

How do I get the text of this object?

    Thanks for the help.
    Cheers,
    Terry.

    Re: GUIObject

    Try:
    txt = curGUIObject.CaptureText

    Re: GUIObject

I notice that the CaptureText only captures what is visible on the screen. Is there a way to grab all the text within that area?
