I am facing a strange problem with active data. I prepare script on my machine. I refer to a active data in my Visual Test. I then export the all the assets of the visual test for other users to use it.
The problem is when they import the assets and try to run they get a error that "active data not found". Trouble shooting that I noticed that whenever they get this error they have to go the start step properties and re-select the active data from the list.
The active data is always shown in the start step but still this needs to be done.
Has anyone faced this issue? OR Is there any solution to this?
As a side note, I've found out from speaking with Support that the SLA response time and initial priority of issues logged by email/frontline is generally lower than if you call. Basically, the assumption (which is reasonable, I think) is that it's considered lower priority if you don't call.
