I have a question, and I have tried to search this forum but seems can't find one or a close one.
My question is if I tried to record that running MSTSC and then log in to another computer, how do I capture any screen at that computer? or any other ways so I can make sure I actually log in? the problem is that maybe the network is very slow, and I am not sure how long it can log in completely.
Right now what I got is this:
Attach "~N~MSTSC.EXE~IHWindowClass~Input Capture Window"
Even I haven't complete logged in, and after log in I still get the same screen.
Appreciate your help.
I'm not sure I understand your question but I think you're saying that you have the same screen name after you've logged in as you have while you're logging in.
It's important to realise that what looks like a new screen to you can be just a different part of a huge, 'mega-window' within the AUT. It depends how the app has been coded. In order to verify you're in the correct part of the window, I suggest you capture some text and verify it's what you'd expect to see after login.
Apologies if I've misunderstood you completely.
Thank you, Myrtle. Any input is going to help.
Yes, that is what I meant of the "the same screen name after you've logged in as you have while you're logging in.
All I need is a way to make sure I am log in completely. And also the content of the desktop on that computer is random.
Are you saying like capture the text or image of the "start" button of the windows?
