Capturing "rollover images"
I've had to resort to BitmapSelect to select the buttons in my Java application as QARun cannot recognise the application's Java button class.
Unfortunately this form of button selection is not proving to be 100% reliable for me so I've built some retry functionality around it.
This poses a problem as on retry as the cursor is hovering over the button. This means that the button's rollover image is present and the button image is therefore not recognised for subsequent retry attempts.
The only solution I have found for this is to do a MouseMove to a fixed point on the screen to ensure the buttons rollover image is not present for subsequent retry attempts. This is obviously pretty inefficient.
Wondering if anyone knows how to perform a MouseMove relative to the current position instead. Also wondering if it's possible to identify rollover images.
Other, cleaner solutions also welcomed!!
Re: Capturing "rollover images"
Have u tried to Alias-Map the Buttons of your Application. Useing Swing for Example the Buttonclass is JButton...
These Buttons can simply be maped and then used like every other Application- Button.
Hope that helps!
