Has anybody ever used the Site check functionality within QA Run? Any negative/positive feedback would be greatly appreciated? Thanks.
Re: Site Check
a site check is a downgraded version of CPWR's WebCheck utillity. It has many of the same features, but you can not test pages that contain forms. With WebCheck you have this ability. There used to be a defect where selecting "check DHTML" would cause QARun to crash but I believe that defect is resolved in current releases.
Another problem with a sitecheck is that you may need an incredible amount of memory to check larger sites. This is because QARun and WebCheck keep all the information in memory untill the check is complete.
