I have QARun 4.9.0. I use the START->RUN dialog to type in a URL to start our Oracle test environment.
The script works fine except for the very first time I run it. For example, if I re-boot my machine, then start the script from QARun, I get to the log on screen, type the username and password to connect, then the JAVA applet starts to load but then stops unexpectedly, closing all browser windows associated with Oracle. The second time I use the automated script, everything will work just fine.
I can start Oracle just fine every time when I don't use QARun, so I believe this is related to QARun for some reason.
Have experienced similar type problems. Not so consistant as that the first time fails, every time. But enough that in the function used to open scripts there is a loop to try to login a given number of times before giving up.
A problem is a difference between what is perceived and what is desired, that
