I have a weird problem. We always used wildcards (*) in attach names (raw attach) and it always worked fine. But suddenly it didn't work any more.
However, it does work if you use a wildcard in an object map.
when you add an @ in the front, you are saying to QARun: "Look this up in the object map for me". No @, no object map (this is sometimes called the "Raw Attach Name", and it usually looks like "~A~B.EXE~C~Title" )
If you are doing anything dynamic (such as Click( "@Button~" + number ), then the object map will fail you. Because "@Button~1" may be in the object map, and "@Button~2", but with enough dynamicism, it's very possible that "@Button~20" will not be in the object map. THUS: your click will fail. And in this case you can't say: Click( "@Button~*" ) because that kindof defeats the purpose. ;^)
